2. Purpose of the website

The website provides information about Nexaliq Identity, its logo design and visual identity services, working process, public service prices, project inquiry methods, and legal policies. Website content is provided for general informational purposes and does not by itself create a designer-client relationship, guarantee availability, reserve project time, or obligate either party to begin work.

A service relationship begins only when the required parties accept a written proposal, project agreement, statement of work, or other confirmation and any required initial payment has been received.

You may view, navigate, and use the website for lawful personal or business purposes related to learning about or requesting services. You may make a reasonable number of copies of policy text for your own records.

5. Public prices and service information

Public prices describe the standard starting scope of listed services in U.S. dollars. A particular project may require a different scope because of additional concepts, applications, research, revisions, complexity, urgency, licensing, or delivery needs. Any change must be explained and accepted before the added work is performed.

Website descriptions are not binding project specifications. The written proposal or project agreement controls if it conflicts with a general website description.

This provision does not require indemnification for loss caused by the wrongful conduct of Nexaliq Identity.
