Information you provide directly

During an active project, you may provide business documents, existing logos, written content, images, audience information, competitor references, brand preferences, approvals, revision comments, and files needed to complete the agreed scope. You should not provide confidential personal information that is unrelated to the project.

Reviews and feedback

If you submit a review, we may collect your name, email address, service received, rating, written feedback, and confirmation that the review reflects your own experience. Contact information used for verification will not be displayed with a published review unless you separately authorize it.

Client work will not be publicly displayed merely because files were submitted. Portfolio use of completed work is governed by the applicable project agreement and Intellectual Property & Licensing Policy.

7. Retention

Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including inquiry management, project delivery, warranty or dispute periods, tax and accounting obligations, fraud prevention, and enforcement of agreements. Retention periods vary according to the type of record. Information that is no longer needed is deleted, anonymized, or securely isolated where deletion is not immediately feasible.

Unaccepted inquiry materials may be removed sooner than active project records. Final project records and transaction documents may be retained longer when reasonably necessary to confirm approvals, license status, ownership transfer, payment history, or legal compliance.
