Contact details are displayed as plain text. The website does not open an email application, start a call, or launch a map when they are selected.

2. About the business

Nexaliq Identity provides logo design and visual identity services for small businesses, startups, and independent professionals. Services include logos, logo refreshes, logo suites, color and typography systems, social media brand kits, stationery design, brand style guides, and complete visual identity packages.

The business opened on September 11, 2026. Work is provided remotely and quoted as a fixed project-based engagement with a written scope. In-person availability is not represented by the business address, and visits should not be made without a separately confirmed appointment.

3. New project inquiries

A useful project inquiry identifies the organization, service of interest, decision-maker, current identity status, intended launch, expected applications, and any fixed deadline. You may also describe what is not working in the existing visual presence and what a consistent system needs to accomplish.

An inquiry is a request for evaluation, not an automatic booking. Nexaliq Identity may ask follow-up questions, confirm availability, recommend a suitable service, or decline work that is outside scope. A project begins only after the parties accept a written scope and required initial payment terms.

4. Existing project communication

Existing clients should identify the project name and the decision or deliverable involved. Revision feedback is most useful when it is consolidated by the authorized decision-maker, linked to the approved brief, and sent before the review deadline. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card numbers, government identification, or unrelated sensitive personal information.

Approval, cancellation, change-order, or rights-transfer communications may need to be preserved with the project record. A website form demonstration is not a substitute for the agreed project communication channel.

5. Billing and payment questions

For a billing question, identify the project, invoice number, amount, due date, and specific line item or issue. Do not provide complete bank-account or payment-card credentials. Payment methods and secure transaction instructions are provided with the relevant invoice.

Public website prices are standard base prices. The accepted proposal controls the actual project scope, fee, payment schedule, and approved additional work.

6. Privacy and cookie requests

A privacy request should describe the information or right involved and provide enough detail to locate relevant records. Identity or authority may need to be verified before access, deletion, correction, or another request can be completed. Do not attach sensitive identification documents unless a secure and appropriate method has been specifically arranged.

For a cookie question, identify the browser, device category, page, approximate time, and technology or consent behavior observed. The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy provide more detail about the website’s practices.

7. Accessibility feedback

For accessibility assistance, describe the page or content, the barrier encountered, the device or assistive technology if known, and the outcome or alternative format that would help. Nexaliq Identity will review the report in good faith and consider an interim access method when a permanent correction requires more time.

No person is required to disclose a disability or medical diagnosis to request help with access.

8. Intellectual property notices

A rights notice should include the sender’s name and authority, identification of the protected work, identification and location of the challenged material, the basis of the concern, and supporting documentation. Please make the notice accurate and complete. A good-faith review may involve temporarily limiting access to challenged material while the facts are assessed.

Questions about client deliverable ownership should identify the project, final delivery, applicable agreement, and payment status. The Intellectual Property & Licensing Policy explains the general distinction between final approved work, rejected concepts, background materials, and third-party resources.

9. Reviews

Nexaliq Identity is a newly opened business and does not present invented testimonials. A review should reflect the submitter’s own experience and should not disclose confidential project information, private information about another person, unlawful content, or unsupported accusations.

A review submission may be verified before any publication decision. Submission does not guarantee publication, and contact information used for verification should not be displayed without separate permission.

10. Information to include

For a faster, more accurate review, include:

  • your full name and business or professional name;
  • a contact method that can be used for the response;
  • the relevant service, project, invoice, policy, or page;
  • a concise description of the request and desired outcome;
  • any deadline that is real and material; and
  • only the supporting information reasonably necessary for the issue.

Do not send unsolicited confidential business plans, regulated data, login credentials, private keys, full financial-account details, medical records, or identification numbers.

11. Response expectations

Messages are reviewed according to subject, complexity, project schedule, and any legal timing requirement that applies. A message does not create an emergency-response obligation or guarantee immediate availability. If additional information or identity verification is reasonably needed, the response period may depend on receiving it.

Spam, automated solicitations, abusive content, threats, and messages unrelated to the services may be filtered or left unanswered. Legitimate accessibility, privacy, billing, and rights concerns will be reviewed in good faith.

12. Message form

Complete every field to activate the button. This demonstration validates the entries and shows a confirmation on this page; it does not send, upload, or store your message.

13. No automated submission from this page

The form is intentionally local to the browser. After all required fields are valid, selecting “Submit message” displays a confirmation and clears the fields. No network request, email, customer record, mailing-list enrollment, or support ticket is created by this code.

Before launch, the store owner may keep this demonstration behavior or separately connect an approved processor with suitable privacy, accessibility, security, anti-spam, retention, and failure-handling controls.

Protect confidential information

Use ordinary business details for an initial inquiry. Project files and confidential materials should be shared only after the correct scope and secure delivery method have been confirmed.
