1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small text record that a website asks a browser to store on a device. Cookies can help a site remember a session, preserve a preference, detect abuse, understand whether a page works, or support a service requested by the visitor. This website is designed for deployment on Shopify. Shopify, the active theme, security systems, and enabled applications may use technologies needed to deliver pages, maintain sessions, protect forms, balance traffic, remember consent choices, or provide configured functions. The exact names and durations of platform cookies can change as the platform or configuration changes.

Nexaliq Identity does not use a cookie merely because it is technically available. Optional analytics, advertising, chat, embedded media, or personalization technologies should be activated only when there is a defined business purpose and the required disclosure or consent mechanism is in place.

3. Strictly necessary technologies

Strictly necessary technologies support functions that a visitor requests or that are required to operate and secure the website. They may help deliver page content, route network traffic, maintain a secure session, prevent fraudulent submissions, apply privacy selections, preserve accessibility preferences, or diagnose a service interruption.

Because the site may not function correctly without them, these technologies are generally not switched off through an optional-cookie control. They can often be blocked at the browser level, but doing so may cause forms, navigation, security controls, or saved preferences to fail.

4. Preference technologies

Preference technologies remember choices that change how the website behaves or appears, such as a consent selection, language choice, reduced-motion preference, or other interface setting. They are used only when the relevant function exists. Removing them may require the visitor to make the choice again.

5. Analytics and performance technologies

Analytics or performance tools may collect information such as page requests, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser category, referring source, interaction timing, or error events. Nexaliq Identity does not intend to use analytics information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about an individual.

6. Advertising and cross-context tracking

Nexaliq Identity does not intentionally use this website to serve third-party behavioral advertising or sell personal information for money. If advertising, retargeting, or cross-context behavioral technologies are added in the future, this Policy and the site’s consent or opt-out controls will be updated as appropriate before or when those technologies are used.

Ordinary links, aggregate traffic measurement, fraud prevention, and first-party communications are not necessarily cross-context behavioral advertising. Classification depends on the technology, data, recipient, and applicable law.

7. Website forms and local state

The project inquiry, review, and contact demonstrations included in the site design validate required fields in the browser and display an on-screen confirmation. In their supplied form, those demonstrations do not transmit the entered content to Nexaliq Identity, create an account, or subscribe a visitor to marketing. A later store implementation must separately disclose any connected form processor, storage, notification, anti-spam, or customer-management function.

Temporary browser state used to open a modal, validate a field, or show a confirmation is not used to build an advertising profile.

8. Third-party services

A technology may be provided by Shopify or another vendor supporting hosting, security, analytics, consent management, file delivery, payments, or an optional embedded feature. Those providers may process technical information under their own terms and privacy notices. Nexaliq Identity controls which optional integrations it enables but does not control a provider’s independent websites.

A link to a separate website does not place that website’s cookies until the visitor chooses to leave this site, unless third-party content is embedded. This design avoids unnecessary embedded social feeds and map links.

9. Duration

Session technologies normally expire when the browser session ends. Persistent technologies remain until their stated expiration, replacement, or deletion. Duration should be limited to the period reasonably necessary for the function. Security and consent records may need to persist longer than interface preferences so that choices and abuse-prevention events can be respected.

Because providers may revise names and lifetimes, a consent interface or current platform documentation may provide more precise live details than a static policy. Where a cookie list is displayed on the site, that live list supplements this Policy.

10. Your choices

Where optional technologies require a choice, the website should present a consent control that permits acceptance, rejection, or category-level adjustment. Withdrawing a choice should be as accessible as giving it. A change generally applies going forward and may not erase information already lawfully processed.

Most browsers allow users to view, delete, or block cookies; restrict third-party storage; clear site data; and limit tracking requests. Browser controls vary. Blocking all storage can interfere with necessary features and may cause privacy selections to be forgotten.

11. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

Some browsers or extensions send Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals. When a signal creates a legal obligation applicable to the site and processing at issue, it should be honored as required. Because there is no single universal rule for every signal and purpose, a browser signal may not control strictly necessary operations or every form of analytics.

12. Privacy relationship

Cookie-related information can be personal information when it identifies, relates to, or can reasonably be linked with a person or device. The Privacy Policy explains broader collection, use, disclosure, security, retention, and privacy-request practices. This Cookie Policy should be read together with that Policy.

13. Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be updated when the website platform, enabled features, providers, legal requirements, or consent practices change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. A material change may also be presented through a banner or other prominent notice where appropriate.
